Li family feeding the community

ANNA and Shaun Li of Jim’s Cafe and Take Away in Scott street, Warracknabeal are continuing to work hard to bring quality food to the community.

Mr Li has 15 years experience working in catering and with the help of Tony Li and Mrs Li, they have been continuing to cook up delicious meals for the community.

They are joined by three other staff who help on a casual basis to keep up with the demand for their quality food.

Mr and Mrs Li have raised their two children Kingston and Summer in the Warracknabeal community.

Mrs Li said it was important to them to keep up the cleanliness and quality of their food.

The team has been operating the business for five years now and offer a wide range of fast food and quality pizzas.

“Most of the town’s people I recognise from them coming into the shop. I probably know 95 percent of the town from the shop,” Mr Li said.

“From the beginning when we took over the shop we have tried to do our best to keep the service the same and improve,” Mr Li said.

Mr Li said he is always looking to learn and improve his services and their food has been testament to their efforts.

The team make their own pizza bases which has set a high standard for their customers.

“We have been so busy with delivery orders that we have had to bring in another driver. We want to ask our customers to be patient with us and we will do our best to provide fresh food,” Mr Li said.

Those wishing to have their food delivered can call Jim’s Cafe and Take Away on 5398 2424 between 5.30pm to 8.30pm.

The store is open for business Monday and Wednesday to Sunday.
