A well-informed volunteer to celebrate
A NOTABLE individual in Dimboola to highlight for this year’s National Volunteer Week is Jan John, with her strong involvement in community organisations and her running the visitor information service from her shopfront in Lloyd St, making her an important part of the town's fabric.
On the corner of Lochiel and Lloyd Streets, diagonally opposite the V/Line bus stop, if the information sign is out and you can see through the blinds of her shop, Jan John will be available for tourism help, or just even a simple chat, while you look through the knick-knacks and art on display and for sale.
