Aged care's kind hearts
Grampians Health celebrated Aged Care Employee Day on Wednesday – an occasion dedicated to recognising the contributions of its aged care community teams.
Care Community Operations Director West of Grampians Health Sarah Kleinitz said it was an opportunity to honour the dedication, compassion and hard work of those who provide exceptional care to elderly community members.
She said every day they play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the residents, with their unwavering commitment to delivering compassionate and personalised care ensuring that residents feel valued, respected, and supported.
“We are immensely grateful for the dedication and professionalism of our care community teams,” Ms Kleinitz said.
“Their tireless efforts and genuine care make a significant difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
“Today, we celebrate them for their outstanding service.
"On this special day, we extend our heartfelt thanks to all our care community employees for their exceptional contributions.
