With fashion recycling styles over the years, we might look back at what we wore and admire, wonder or laugh.


Many took a trip down memory lane as Southern Mallee Cooperative Parish Fellowship Group members picked out items from their wardrobe for the upcoming Bridal Fashion Parade in October.
Many took a trip down memory lane as Southern Mallee Cooperative Parish Fellowship Group members picked out items from their wardrobe for the upcoming Bridal Fashion Parade in October.

Taking a stroll through fashion eras with items from their wardrobes were members of the Southern Mallee Cooperative Parish Fellowship Group.

Reactions included appreciation, enjoyment, laughter and admiration, with the group recalling items worn from yesteryear.

Garments included a tennis skirt, ball gowns and 1950’s blouses.

Among the highlights was a Deb Dress from 1945, worn by Dorothy Afford (now Christian) which will be one of the garments at the Bridal Fashion Parade to be held at the SMCP Church on Sunday, October 5, at 2pm.

Tickets for the event which includes afternoon tea are available from Mallee Magic or Pam Clugston.
