After finishing second at the end of the regular season, the side made it to the Preliminary, before being defeated by seven goals.

In 2025, and again led by last season's better players in Brooke Pay and Holly Nuske, the side has had a solid lead-up to this season, focusing on consistency, cardio and strength.

"This season our aim is to be competitive for four quarters, 15 minutes per quarter," the club's Fiona Rowe shared.

The side will be bolstered by the inclusion of Ash Morrison, from Dimboola and Taya Quick, who has ties to Noradjuha Quantong through her siblings.

"Ash will be a strong player for us, both through attack and mid-court," Rowe said.

"And it's exciting to have Taya join us, who has family ties to the club with siblings."

While Rowe is hoping to see Nuske and Pay have another big season, she said the expectation is on the entire team to do their best.

"I expect everyone else to continue to challenge competition and thrive," she said.

"And look, they are an amazing bunch of girls, they just enjoy being active and having a good time out there."
