Bubbles and Butterflies at Oaks Day in Jeparit
The Jeparit Tennis Club recently hosted its highly anticipated Oaks Day - Ladies Day event at the Jeparit Recreation Reserve, drawing a lively crowd and raising an impressive $1,500 for the club.

Around 50 ladies gathered for the occasion, enjoying a day of tennis, fashion, and camaraderie, with all proceeds supporting the continued development of the club.
Rebecca Schultz, President of the Jeparit Tennis Club, expressed her delight at the turnout and the generosity of attendees. "It was a fantastic effort, and we’re thrilled with how the day went. The support we received will go a long way in helping the club continue to grow," Schultz said.
Throughout the day, several competitions added to the fun, with prizes awarded for various categories. Kimberley Roll was named Lady of the Day, while Debra Schumann took home the prize for Best Theme. Tracey Abbey was recognized for her stunning headwear, winning Best Millinery.
The event was a wonderful display of community spirit, and the club is already looking forward to making next year's Oaks Day even bigger and better.
