Childcare closure shock: Community Kids Horsham to close
A LOCAL child care centre, Community Kids Horsham, is set to close, as the facility is one of about 40 services across Australia run by G8 Education, an early childhood education and care provider suspending its operations in about 10 per cent of its centres.
Community Kids Horsham Early Education Centre, owned by G8 Education, will be closing, in part due to the early childhood education and care sector “experiencing unprecedented change and uncertainty, driven by a combination of socio and macro-economic factors, including evolving family demand and lower birth rates and changing operating conditions.”
