Council seeks help with planning impasse
THE Horsham Rural City Council’s work to update the municipal planning scheme continues. At the August 24 meeting, councillors agreed to ask state minister Sonya Kilkenny for assistance in resolving an impasse regarding the Horsham Planning Scheme.
Horsham Rural City Council will ask the Planning Minister to appoint an independent panel to consider 10 unresolved objections to proposed heritage controls across the municipality.
