Country music performer Amber Joy Poulton is returning to Horsham with her new show, Wine Women and Song: Uncorked, at the Horsham RSL on Friday, July 3.

Amber will perform her brand new show, Wine Women and Song: Uncorked, during both a morning and dinner show at the Horsham RSL.

The cheeky, high-spirited show celebrates country music legends with a toast.

From foot-stomping drinking songs to anthems of power, Amber's show celebrates artists who have changed the landscape of country music, including Billy Ray Cyrus, Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks and Patsy Cline.

The show is crafted for country music enthusiasts and wine lovers, and its stories pour as smoothly as its songs.

It's not Amber's first Wimmera performance; she has previously given concerts in Horsham.

"Horsham is a friendly country music-loving town, and we keep on coming back," admitted Amber.

"It feels like a loving community hub full of country music fans who love the golden oldie tunes as much as I do."

Amber's affection for Horsham continues to inspire her return.

"I love a country town with a main street you can wander down with cafes and shops," Amber said.

"Performing in Horsham is a fabulous feeling because the people that come to our shows love the classic country legends as much as we do.

"We have a lot of fun in this new show and love interacting with the audience.

"It's a nice feeling to see their faces enjoying the songs as much as I love singing them."

If there is one thing Amber has learned over the years, it's that country music lovers are actually in the country, which is why it is important to her to bring the concert to places like Horsham.

"Going to big cities is one thing, but performing in towns where people are living the songs is the best feeling," Amber said.

"I live in a little town called Corny Point on the Yorke Peninsula in SA, and my closest friends are on the farm.

"Getting to the city to see a show is hard for these people, so nipping down to the local hall or the local RSL is doable for people who need to be up early in the morning.

"Giving them the opportunity to come along to a show where they can knock off, sit back and enjoy the songs they love the most, is the best feeling."

Only a limited number of tickets remain for Amber's earlier show, and tickets for both shows can be purchased directly through the Horsham RSL.
