The doors will open at 12.30pm with the event set to begin at 1.30pm

President Mandy Myers said the group ran two Cent Afternoons per year.

"We get a good turnout of between 30 and 60 people, depending on what's going on in the town," Ms Myers said.

A Cent Afternoon is when guests purchase a sheet of 20 tickets for $2 and write their name on them.

They then place a ticket in each tub in front of items they would like to win.

"It's like mini auctions," Ms Myers said.

"From baked goods, jams, household items to books and more being donated."

A name is then drawn from each of the tubs and the winner for each item is announced.

"Ninety per cent of items are donated by members and 10 per cent are donated by others," Ms Myers said.

Ms Myers said a Cent Afternoon was how she became involved in the Dimboola CWA in the first place.

"I went along to one and Margret Hunter approached me and said I should join, so I did," she said.

There is an entry fee of $5 which includes afternoon tea provided by the CWA women.

A raffle will also be run on the day, with tickets costing $1 each and three prizes on offer.
