Dimboola hospital staff reunite once again
A Dimboola Hospital staff reunion was held on Saturday October 26, at the Dimboola Rowing Club (thanks Chris) and the weather was perfect while the Wimmera River was magnificent.
Susie Barber and I were delighted that so many attended, 60 in all.
Guests came from Queensland, King Island, Melbourne, Ballarat and many places in between.
Sandy Mibus put together three great displays of photos, plus there were many more on the large billiard table brought by those attending.
There was certainly lots of reminiscing of "THE GOOD OLD DAYS"
I would like to thank Susie Barber for her help over the last few months.
Susie particularly helped with arranging the venue, caravan park, organising the hospital tours and many more details.
Sandy Mibus was a great help with finding photographs and putting up great displays.
A special thank you to Jamie and Chan from the Imaginarium, who donated two gorgeous plant pots, which were raffled and the money raised paid for the venue
Many thanks must go to everyone who supplied the delicious food, as there was enough to feed 120+ and who also generously donated money to help cover other costs.
Susie and I thank everyone who helped over the last few months it was greatly appreciated.
It certainly was a great day.
