Mrs Phelan began working in reception for her sister, owner Dianne Marchment, in January 1993.

She was DMA's first employee, and worked after school throughout Year 11.

After the first year, Mrs Phelan joined the staff as a full-time employee and has moved through various roles in the business.

Her final position was as an accountant.

Ms Marchment said she has many wonderful memories of the past 31 years.

No one, single memory stands out from the rest because there are simply too many to choose from.

"Jules has been with me since I started," Ms Marchment said.

"She has watched DMA grow, and has helped so much with the growth and the changes that we had to go through with tax rules, technology and many different staff members."

Mrs Phelan completed the Leadership Program in Horsham twice, and has represented DMA with Ms Marchment at numerous events - too many to list.

"We have been to lots of events together over the time," Ms Marchment said.

"Her involvement in various activities has been significant."

"As a company, we have celebrated significant milestones - 20 years, 25 years, and 30 years - and she played a very active role in those celebrations."

Ms Marchment expressed her thanks to Mrs Phelan and wished her good luck for all her future endeavours.

"Working for 31 years in one place is truly an amazing accomplishment," she said.

"Congratulations on reaching such a remarkable milestone and it's difficult to believe that you’ll be leaving us. "

"I'm truly saddened to see you go, but I'm also eager to see the new opportunities that await you."
