Eagles have Colts on the ropes
BrimKSH's are in the box position to win the first innings in their match against the Colts at Dudley Cornell Park. Following an impressive day, they bowled the Colts out for 110 and are 2/56 at stumps.

After winning the toss and bowling, Dale Stephan was the star for the Eagles, taking 5/24 in 12 overs with four maidens as the Colts were bowled out in the 54th over.
Colts' captain Logan Millar scored 31 points, and Jay Couch scored 29. Josh Colber, 13, and Travis Cowan, 17, also scored double figures.
In reply, Brim are 2/56 (18). Jeremy Preston is unbeaten on 27, joined by Chris McPherson on 17. Joey Nagorcka has both wickets for the Colts, claiming Leigh Dovaston and Sandon Schultz, both leg before, for eight and two, respectively.
At Cameron Oval, the Homers have set themselves up well, ending the day bowled out for 246.
After winning the toss and bowling, Laharum struck early through Jackson Hoffmann, trapping Luke Miller leg before for six. From there, the Homers bounced back through Adam Atwood, who top-scored 80. Phoenix Hopper and Chaminda Gamage made 47, and Monty Wynne also made 30 as their top order took the Demons to the sword.
Jackson Hoffmann was the pick of the Demons bowlers, with 4/39 (25) and eight maidens, and Josh Mahoney also bowled well, claiming 3/43 (13).
At Horsham City Oval, the West Wimmera Warriors put up the highest score of the day, 277, as they were bowled out in the 74th over.
After winning the toss and batting, they got off to a steady start, with Jobe Dickinson and Liam Preston putting on a strong partnership before Dickinson fell for 21. Mitchell Dahlenburg came to the crease and hit 84, and with support from Preston, 42, and Brodie Cramer, 62, and great lower-order batting from Jeremy Weeks, 24, and Liam Albrecht, 17, they put up a massive total.
Tyler Puls 4/69 (23) was the pick of the Tigers bowlers.
At Murtoa Recreation Reserve, Lubeck Murtoa is in with a chance, putting up a competitive 175 against the Bullants.
After winning the toss and bowling, Tim Crick took three of the first four wickets to have the Mudlarks reeling at 4/27. Cameron Newell, 48, Dylan Eats, 34, Blake Turner, 16 and Xavier Shevlin, 20, all batted well together to guide the Mudlarks to 10/175 after 70 overs.
Crick finished with figures of 4/28 (12.1), with Jordan McDonald also starring, taking 4/59 (20).
In reply, the Bullants faced one over and are currently 0/0.
SAINTS DOMINATE WITH ALLROUND DISPLAY
Following a dominant performance against an undermanned and youthful Eagles team, the Horsham Saints have set themselves up for a potential outright victory at Coughlin Park in round eight of the B-grade competition.
The Eagles were always on the back foot with players unavailable due to harvest. With five players under 15, the Eagles were bowled out for 30 in the 30th over. Sam Tickner, 7 (77), and Sudan Bhandari, 7 (47), were the top scorers for the Eagles.
Joseph Ishan Thomas was the star for the Saints, taking 5/2 (7) with five maidens. In reply, the Saints are 0/132 off 32 overs at stumps with Kingsley Dalgleish and Lahiru Nanayakkara unbeaten on 51 and 52, respectively, and will eye outright victory next Saturday.
At Quantong Recreation Reserve, the Colts are in the box seat at getting a point, in another dominant display against Quantong.
After winning the toss and batting, Quantong was bowled out for 125 in the 53rd over, with Andrew Vague leading the way with 54 runs opening the batting. Stuart Jose also chipped in with 29, as did Bradley Harberger with 10 and Jack Vague with 15.
Beau Purchase was the star for the Colts with 7/35 (16.4).
At stumps, the Colts are 1/36 off nine overs, with Drew Carmody and Darren Stephens unbeaten on 12 and 9, respectively. Jack Vague has the only wicket, dismissing Kevin Purchase for nine.
MUDLARKS STAY CLEAR ON TOP
Two matches in the Horsham Cricket Association's C-grade competition had low totals, and the clash between the Homers and Tigers was abandoned in round nine.
Lubeck Murtoa remains one game on top of the ladder following a three-wicket win over Natimuk at Lubeck Recreation Reserve.
After winning the toss and batting, Natimuk were bowled out for 58 in the 18th over, with Liam Klowss and Tom Murray scoring nine. Finnian Delahunty was the pick of the Mudlarks bowlers with figures of 2/10 off three.
In reply, Natimuk's bowlers made it hard for the Mudlarks, led by Lachlan Hutchinson, with three of the first four wickets, but Drew Gellatly and Darren Schultz guided them home, finishing unbeaten on 16 and nine, respectively. Hutchinson finished with figures of 3/16 (4).
At Dudley Cornell Park, Laharum made little work of West Wimmera, winning by five wickets.
After winning the toss and batting, the Warriors were bowled out for 41 in the 25th over, with Jett Rabone top-scoring with an unbeaten 11. Nash McKenzie was the pick of the Demons bowlers with 4/7 (7) and two maidens.
In reply, despite having Laharum at 3/13, the Warriors couldn't capitalise. Josh Hutchinson guided the Demons home after ten overs with an unbeaten 20, finishing at 5/45.
