Enrolments now open at Early Learning Victoria in Murtoa for 2027
Families in Murtoa can now apply for long day care and integrated kindergarten programs at Early Learning Victoria Bani Walup for next year.

The centre delivers affordable and accessible early childhood education and care for children from birth to school age, including integrated Three and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten.
The new centre is conveniently located at Murtoa College, making life easier for families and supporting a smoother transition to school.
It features natural outdoor play spaces to encourage positive interactions and play between children enrolled there.
It is one of 18 government-owned and operated early learning centres operating around the state, with six more opening next year.
Families enrolled in integrated kindergarten programs receive a Free Kinder fee offset from the Victorian Government applied directly to their daily fees.
This means real savings on the daily cost of care – up to $2,101 per child each year for a 15-hour program.
Out-of-pocket expenses are reduced, while your child benefits from a high-quality, teacher-led kindergarten program.
Early childhood education and care programs can make a significant difference to a child’s cognitive, social and emotional outcomes, including helping them make friends, communicate with others and manage their feelings.
Early Learning Victoria’s approach is child-centred, with a focus on learning through play and fostering strong connections to nature and local communities.
High-quality education programs provide rich learning opportunities, with children building positive relationships with each other, their teachers and educators.
Centres are inclusive and connected with co-located schools and other community services.
