The Horsham Saints are looking to snap Ararat's win streak when they travel to Alexandra Oval on Saturday.

Ararat has been the benchmark so far this season, with six straight wins, while the Saints have dropped just three games, with four wins.

For Ararat, the game on Saturday is a chance to continue their dominance, while for the Horsham side, it's an opportunity to get some breathing space in third, with the fourth-placed Stawell having a bye this week.

Ararat, led by big forward Tom Williamson, who has booted 24 majors this season, has accounted for the Demons (148 points), Dimboola (117), Stawell (96), Warrack (103), the Thunder (52), and Minyip Murtoa (20).

The Saints have claimed wins against the Demons (eight points), Warrack (14), the Thunder (37) and Minyip Murtoa (13), but dropped matches against the likes of Nhill (41 points), Dimboola (18) and Stawell (four).

Apart from Williamson, who nominated for the mid-season AFL draft but wasn't selected, Ararat has a plethora of talent, with the likes of Baydn Cosgriff, Ben Taylor, Brayden Draffin, Cody Lindsay, and Naish McRoberts putting in consistent performances week in, week out.

While the Saints have a mixed record this season, it comes from the best efforts of the likes of Cody Bryan, Gage Wright, Jacob Obeirne, Jackson Davidson, Keegan Mellington, and Mitch Martin, all of whom have featured heavily among the best players for this side this season.
