Playing at Harrow, the Southern Roos created an abundance of scoring opportunities, kicking seven goals and ten behinds to go up 52-1 at the first break.
The Lakers were able to lessen Harrow’s dominance in the second quarter as the home side entered half-time up 85-9, but an 11-goal third quarter put the game beyond doubt for the reigning premiers.
Taylors Lake kicked three goals in a spirited last quarter, with the Southern Roos ending the game with a 159-point victory.
Eleven Harrow Balmoral players kicked goals, Simon Close leading the way with nine goals in his second game back from injury, while Ryan Gebert kicked two for the losing side.

For Taylors Lake, Jayden Scott and Bray Cullinan were two of the better players.
The victory is Harrow’s 10th of the season, solidifying their position in the competition’s top two, right behind Noradjuha Quantong.
