Hindmarsh Libraries set to participate in Christmas Giving Tree appeal
Hindmarsh Shire Libraries will once again support the local Christmas 'Giving Tree' appeal in 2024.
After the success of last year's initiative, Chelsea – a member of the Dimboola Library - has once again sought the support of our library service for the Christmas Giving Tree appeal.
Giving Trees will be set up in all four library branches and donations can be made at any of these locations during their normal business hours from Monday November 11.
Chelsea would like to encourage all residents who are financially able to kindly donate a new gift, unwrapped, to go under the Giving Trees at the Hindmarsh Shire Libraries.
Gifts will need to be donated prior to December 14, and will be taken to the Salvation Army in Horsham for distribution to those in need within the community.
Financial donations can also be made directly to the Salvation Army via www.salvationarmy.org.au
