Hockey returns with a bang
Despite being the first competitive hit for many players since the end of last season, round one of the Wimmera Hockey Association witnessed some quality hockey along with the return of Friday evening matches and two teams from Dimboola.
The Dimboola Roos returned to the Wimmera Hockey Association’s Women’s competition for the first time since 2019 with a win over Warracknabeal on Friday evening.
