Looking for change
MAN IN THE CORNER: The Man in the Corner knows state and federal governments are looking for new ways to save money.
A tongue-in-cheek suggestion for our state government: start collecting public donations to fixing our roads.
However, we're not sure they have thought of everything.
This month, a reader shared the above picture, taken by a friend who was travelling through the Wimmera.
"Things are at breaking point for our country roads," the reader said.
"This was seen on the Kaniva-Edenhope Road.
"Maybe public donations would help?"
We're not sure the bucket is big enough, but it's a start.
