Management change for well-loved cafe
Rural Northwest Health will be taking over management of the YarriYak Cafe from the end of April.
The YarriYak Cafe is now under new management.
Rural Northwest Health will be taking over management of the YarriYak Cafe from the end of April.
Situated on the RNH Warrackanbeal campus, the cafe has given opportunities for people with disabilities to learn customer service, food handling and barista skills and has been a valued part of the health service for many years.
The YarriYak Cafe is a community-driven service and RNH is eager to keep the cafe and these opportunities going.
"Rural Northwest Health is excited to engage with the community and grow the cafe to offer even more initiatives and job skills for people with disabilities," RNH CEO Jenni Masters said.
