Mine gets green light
RESOURCES Victoria has granted a mining licence to WIM Resource Pty Ltd for the proposed Avonbank Mineral Sands Project located 15 kilometres north-east of Horsham.
Resources Victoria has approved the Avonbank mine, drawing criticism from the Victorian Farmers Federation over the protection of prime agricultural land.
