After an annual meeting, retired pastor Simon Risson moves from vice-president to the president's role, replacing former president Kim Boulton.

Mark Fletcher is secretary and Ms Boulton is treasurer. Other committee members are Vernetta Taylor and Jacquie and Ros Tinkler of Natimuk.

Manager Charlie Helyar said Uncle Ron Marks led a Welcome to Country at the annual meeting, attended by about 20 people.

Horsham Neighbourhood House, located in Robin Street, is a not-for-profit organisation overseen by a skills-based volunteer committee of management.

Tracy Sutton has retired from the committee and was thanked for her work. Mr Helyar also thanked staff and supporters for their work.

Manager Charlie Helyar said in his report the neighbourhood house had achieved its goal to meet community needs and provide social interaction through activities, programs and courses.

Partners include Wimmera Southern Mallee Development, Wimmera Libraries, Grampians Community Health, Ballarat Community Health, Victoria Legal Aid Horsham, Grampians Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect and Ballarat and Grampians Community Legal Services.

"We are blessed with such support from so many people in our community," Mr Helyar said in his report to the annual meeting. "This has been another exciting year for Horsham Neighbourhood House and we should be immensely proud of what we have achieved.

"I am confident we will continue to grow further and provide many ongoing services and programs for the needs of our community and cement that we are indeed 'The Heart of our Community' in everything we do.
