Netballers on the bounce

Both Ararat and Dimboola were competitive on court in A Grade netball last season, and this Saturday, we will see if much has changed when the sides go head-to-head.

While Ararat have already had a hit out against Stawell, and claimed a convincing win, Dimboola have been biding their time, waiting for their first game of the season.

The Ant Toet-led Dimboola side issued a preseason warning saying that, after finishing third last season, they are keen to finish their business this year.

Ararat will be led by Faith Biddle this year, and she is looking to keep building on the momentum the side has been gathering of late.

Both sides have kept the majority of their players from last season, with Biddle confirming they will have a few newbies or players returning.

The game on Saturday will be hosted by Ararat at Alexander Oval, with the first centre pass from 12.15pm.
