Power Saving Bonus now open

The latest round of the State Government's Power Saving Bonus program is now available for eligible concession card holders to help ease the cost-of-living pressures.

The $100 payment can be issued to households that hold a Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card, Veterans’ Affairs Pensioner Concession Card, or Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card.

Those wanting to apply must also have a recent residential electricity bill.

Victorian premier Jacinta Allan announced that applications for eligible households opened on Monday, August 25.

It is a one-off $100 power-saving bonus for concession card holders to provide "direct support" to those in need.
