Preschool Mother’s Day celebration
Hopetoun Kindergarten children celebrated Mother’s Day with a very special pampering experience created by the children themselves.
Families were welcomed into a warm, relaxing space where the children proudly took on the roles of beauty therapists, hairdressers, nail technicians, and gardeners for the day.
The children carefully brushed and styled their hair, painted their nails with bright colours, and applied make-up while sharing giggles and conversations with their loved ones.
One of the highlights of the day was the sunflower potting station, where children had painted colourful pots prior to helping their special guests plant sunflower seeds to take home and grow together.
To make the experience even more meaningful, the children also completed a heartfelt questionnaire about their mums and special people.
Their thoughtful and often hilarious responses brought plenty of smiles and laughter to the celebration.
The event provided a wonderful opportunity for children to show care, confidence, and creativity while strengthening connections with their families.
The room was filled with joy, laughter, and proud smiles as the children celebrated the important people in their lives in such a thoughtful and hands-on way.
