Preusker trains treble at Horsham
In the Horsham Horse racing meeting held on Tuesday, February 4, local trainer Paul Preusker trained three winners on the eight-race card. Meanwhile, star horse Steparty finished third in the C.F Orr Stakes in Melbourne and is set for some upcoming races.

Dean Yendall saluted on Early Warning in race two, Jordyn Weatherley on Universal Rock in race four, and Ryan Hurdle on Oak Park Rebel in race seven.
Yendall secured a race-to-race double following a win on Vizie in race one, trained by Chris Calthorpe.
In Melbourne, Steparty finished third in the C.F. Orr Stakes. Another Wil won the race with Mr Brightside in second.
Preusker is happy with how everything is going at the moment.
"We are doing what we can, and hard work gets you there," Preusker said.
"We are happy with how Steparty is going as well. On the weekend, he ran third to the best horses getting around. They are in a different league; he is the best horse in the next contingent.
"He is a lightly raced four-year-old, and he probably won't be up to them until next season."
Preusker has yet to talk to the owners, but Steparty might tackle the Blamey Stakes at Flemington on March 1 and the Doncaster Mile, a $4 million group one race in Sydney on April 5.
"We have done the homework to get him there, and the handicap scale fits him," Preusker said.
Poison Chalice will front up at Flemington this week in the Elms Handicap, a listed race.
"The race will decide his path," Preusker said.
"He is on a similar path to Steparty, and whether or not he can get to an All-Star mile, we will have to wait and see."
