Pub people set to pour into the Vic
Publicans, managers and staff from the Wimmera and beyond will be pouring into Horsham's Victoria Hotel at the end of this month to pick up the best tips in the booze business.
The Australian Hotels Association (AHA) Victoria has chosen Horsham for the next iteration of Pubs, Pots and Profits, a long-standing regional outreach program designed to provide valuable insights and strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency in the pub and hotel business.
Attendees will gain knowledge of various aspects crucial to running a successful pub, including food costing, beverage trends, sports broadcasting, member-exclusive offers, and expert advice tailored specifically for pubs.
"We are thrilled to bring Pubs, Pots, and Profits to Horsham," AHA Victoria member executive Troy Patterson said.
"This event is designed to help regional pub owners and managers gain practical insights and use strategies that will help drive profitability to their businesses."
Anyone is welcome to attend the free event, from 10am-3pm on July 30, which also will feature presentations from key industry suppliers.
