Rainbow man arrested
The police have arrested a 42 year old local man in Rainbow after executing a warrant at a property on Nhill-Rainbow road on January 16.
During the search, authorities discovered and seized drugs, ammunition, and other prohibited items, leading to multiple charges against the suspect.
The man has been charged with possessing an unregistered firearm, cultivating a narcotic plant, possessing cannabis, possessing methylamphetamine, possessing cartridge ammunition, and possessing an explosive substance.
Following his arrest, the man was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Horsham Magistrates’ Court on February 17.
