Playing at home, Nhill won two of the three rinks to defeat Dimboola 85-60.

In rink one, Dimboola’s team of Judith Albrecht, Robert Pyers, Joshua Cook and Daniel Danisch continued their unbeaten start of the year, winning 30-17.

But Nhill’s second and third rink teams proved too good for Dimboola, with skipper Kevin Jones’s side winning rink two 33-11 and Allan King skippering rink three to a 35-19 victory.

At Horsham City, the home side proved too good for Goroke Edenhope, winning all three rinks on their way to an 86-50 victory.

Rink three saw Horsham City put an exclamation point on the victory as skipper Kevin Clyne’s team won 37-18.

At Sunnyside, a dominant rink one performance from Horsham Golf proved the difference as the visitors claimed an 82-67 victory.

Sunnyside’s rink two and three teams produced 22-16 and 28-21 wins, respectively.

However, Horsham Golf’s rink one team, skippered by Ash Batchelor, produced a resounding 45-17 victory to give the side the overall win.

Playing at home, Kaniva edged out Coughlin Park 66-63.

Nothing separated the rink two teams, but Kaniva’s 26-17 rink one win made the difference, with Coughlin Park taking out rink three 26-20.

In division two, Natimuk recorded its first win of the season with an 86-47 victory over Horsham City.

Horsham Golf continued their unbeaten start to the season, defeating Sunnyside 80-54.
