Rotary remembers 'humble' start
Although Little Desert Lodge was destroyed in the fires in January, lodge managers Mick and Vikki Clarke have provided lunch to the Rotarians of District 9780.
Rotarian Kate Farnham, president of Horsham Rotary Club Loloma Puls, district governor Lesley Sieden and president of Nhill Rotary Club Mary Dalgleish.
At St Patrick's Hall in Nhill, Rotarians from Horsham and Warracknabeal attended the recent celebration where district governor Lesley Shedden spoke on the "humble beginnings of Rotary International to where it is today".
Ms Shedden also presented the induction of Rotarian Kate Farnham to Nhill Rotary Club on the day.
During the lunch, funds were raised with a raffle to support services involved in fighting the fires recently.
