Safety survey: rural seat belts concern
THE Transport Accident Commission is urging rural Victorians to take safety seriously, after new research revealed they are more than twice as likely to drive without wearing a seatbelt compared to Melbourne motorists.

Transport Accident Commission research has revealed the proportion of rural drivers travelling without wearing a seatbelt has risen in the last four years.
