Horsham Saints coach, Ben Knott, is calling for his players to be strong around the contest this week, like Nathan Koenig was when he lined up against his Dimboola opposition in Evan Hunter recently.

Both teams have a couple of losses and just one win on the board, so they will be hoping to gain the advantage this Saturday.

The Saints are fresh off a loss at the hands of Dimboola last week, by 18 points, while the Warriors were also licking their wounds after being defeated by Ararat by 96 points.

Coach of the Horsham Saints, Ben Knott, said he is looking forward to seeing how the opposition's game style has changed under their new coach this season.

"They have bigger bodies, so I am tipping they will be strong around the contest," he said.

"They've got a couple of good forwards, so they'll probably play with a pretty open forward line and wanting to get it down there as quick as they can, I would imagine.

"We'll be looking to halt that as much as we can."

Knott said hopefully his side will match the Warriors in the contest, but stopping their rucks, is another task they will be looking to check off.

"Given they have two big, strong rucks that you have to contend with, you don't get any relief around the contest at all," he added.
