The Shea family has a massive association with the Ararat Football Netball Club. His dad, Tim, played 280 games and won two premierships. His mum, Megan, has played over 500 games of netball, won eight a-grade premierships, and is a five-time Hatcher medalist.

Henry was emotional after the game.

"I come to play for premierships, and this medal is a bonus, but you don't play for individual awards," Henry said.

"It's just an unbelievable feeling to win another premiership and to have two alongside my dad. To follow in my mum and dad's footsteps is a special feeling."

Tim said he is proud of his son.

"Henry has put in a huge amount of work, and to see it rewarded, we are proud of him."
