Shed sounds on centre stage
Live performances will return to Murtoa's Stick Shed on Saturday, February 22, in celebration of the annual Shed Day.

“Sounding the Shed” is an innovative audio visual work by Vivienne Tate that blends instruments musically with the sounds of the shed, heard and unheard.
Ms Tate has a master's degree in art in public space and conceived the work as part of her course.
Since completing her master's she has been crafting the performance, and she said it had been a journey.
"I’m excited to be able to share it with an audience at last," Ms Tate said.
”The Stick Shed has some amazing sounds and its unique acoustics shape the sound of traditional instruments in beautiful ways.
“This unique piece inspired by the Stick Shed can only ever be heard and seen in the Stick Shed.”
Stick Shed committee of management chair Sally Taylor said it was great to be able to offer people the chance to enjoy music again in the venue.
“To have a composition inspired by the Stick Shed makes it especially exciting," Ms Taylor said.
Shed Day is an annual event that marks the completion of the Stick Shed in 1942 and is a chance to celebrate what the Shed was and is and all the people who are part of its story.
There will be three performances of Sounding the Shed, each lasting about 20 minutes, at noon, 1pm and 2pm.
