Something for all at fete
Dimboola Primary School’s oval was decked out on Friday September 13 for the school’s biannual fete, with lots of games to play and prizes to be won on the sunny afternoon.

Local businesses donated prizes for the spinning wheel raffle, and 100 copies of the Dimboola Primary School Cookbook were available to purchase, featuring 40 recipes shared by the school community.
First prize in the raffle - five $50 traders’ vouchers - was won by Sam Wundersitz.
Second prize - an exciting family pass to Ballarat Wildlife Park - was won by Emma Bond.
Third prize - passes to Horsham Lanes and Games and Inflatable World - will keep Laura Millington's family entertained over the school holidays.
Fourth prize - from Dimboola's new store Permanent and Personalised Jewellery - went to Sydney Pilmore.
Organised by school council, parent’s club and volunteers, the fete allowed the staff and students of each class to hold their own activity to help raise funds for the school.
The activities included Dunk-a-Roo, face painting, a climbing wall, show bags, sideshow games, an art auction, a haunted house, minute-to-win-it games, slime making, and more.
Popcorn, donuts, a barbecue, and pork rolls filled the stomachs of attendees, and Tiny Goats Co were on hand for anyone needing a snuggle.
