Sports assembly AGM coming up

For those interested in contributing to the Wimmera Regional Sports Assembly in the coming 12 months, the time's right to reach out.

The countdown is on ahead of the organisation's annual general meeting on October 12.

The meeting will be held at the Horsham Sports & Community Club, beginning at 6pm.

"Anyone interested in finding out more about positions on the WRSA board are encouraged to contact board chair Jeff Pekin by emailing pekin.54@optusnet.com.au or calling 0428 575 280, or me at tomh@wrsa.org.au or 0429 530 536," executive officer Tom Huf said.

"The AGM agenda's available on the WRSA website, wrsa.org.au."

Huf said RSVPs from people planning to attend the meeting would be appreciated.
