Squash reps successful in SA
"A good weekend away" has been had by squash players from Horsham across the border in Naracoorte.
"A few of our squash crew headed to Naracoorte Squash Club to play at the Western Districts squash tournament at the weekend," Ruth Addlem said.
"Western Districts is a tournament for individual players that's held twice a year, rotating locations between the handful of clubs in the western area: Naracoorte (SA), Horsham, Hamilton, Warrnambool and Millicent (SA)."
Addlam said the Horsham group "had some really great matches, some being super-close and competitive".
Results included Tim Hopper winning the division 2 plate, Conor Lawson finishing runner-up in division 3 and Kevin 'Macca' McDonald winning the division 3 plate.
