St Mary's celebrates 100 days of prep
Foundation students of St Mary’s Catholic Primary School Warracknabeal celebrated reaching the 100 days of prep milestone with a new theme of ‘100 days brighter.’

Foundation students of St Mary’s Catholic Primary School Warracknabeal celebrated reaching the 100 days of prep milestone with a new theme of ‘100 days brighter.’
On Thursday, July 30, prep students showed off their butterfly wings and sequins in a fluorescent display of colour as they explored the number 100 through a range of activities.

Students spent the day making paper crowns with their Year 5 and 6 buddies, took 100 steps around the school to see where they led, and even enjoyed cupcakes and fairy bread sprinkled with 100s and 1000s.
When they grow up, Luca wants to be “a ninja,” Miles aspires to be “a worker like (his) dad,” Heyley wishes to be “a nurse like (her) mum,” and Lennie dreams of being “a fireman.”
