Summer Series to return
The Horsham Summer Series is returning to the banks of the Wimmera River over the forthcoming months.
Over last summer, the Riverfront Meeting Place played host to several gatherings, with live music, food trucks, drinks and cocktails.
Despite some mixed luck with the weather, the events were well attended and received.
As a result of the positivity of the event from locals and visitors, the Summer Series will return, beginning on Saturday, December 12 and continuing until April 5, 2025.
“The 'locals' turned out in thier droves for the last series of events, and it was fantastic that so many people from neighbouring areas enjoyed themselves so much,” Horsham Rural City Council Interim Chief Executive Officer Craig Niemann said.
Events will take place on the following dates: Saturday, 14 December from 5 to 9pm, Sunday, 12 January from 2 to 6pm, Sunday, 26 January from 2 to 6pm, Saturday, 8 February from 4 to 8pm, Sunday, 23 February from 2 to 6pm, Sunday, 9 March from 2 to 6pm, Saturday, 22 March from 4 to 8pm and Saturday, 5 April from 4 to 8pm.
