The Lowan Lodge 107 installation 2025
On Saturday, May 24, RWBro Bruce Stockdale and the Victorian Grand Lodge team visited Nhill to install Bro Wiremu (Lems) Larkins as the new Worshipful Master of The Lowan Lodge 107.
Rwbro Bruce, on behalf of the lodge, presented WBro Rhys Webb with his Past Master’s Jewel to thank him for the last two years of leadership.
WBro Rhys thanked all members and stated he enjoyed every minute of the role.
WBro Lems then proceeded with all guests to St George’s Hall, where Bish and her team of expert cooks served a delicious Maharaja banquet.
Visitors from Naracoorte Lodge (SA), Dimboola Lodge, Wimmera Lodge and The Good Samaritan Lodge (Melbourne) were welcomed.
Representatives from Blaze Aid, Nhill Rotary Club INC, Nhill Lions Club, St John Ambulance and Nhill Historical Society were also in attendance.
To keep the guests entertained while the lodge members were in the lodge room, local artist Kim Gibson held a sip-and-paint session, which was very well received by all present.
WBro Lems thanked The Lowan Lodge members for their support and stated he is looking forward to his first year in the chair.
