Around 180 competitors took to the stages at Horsham Church of Christ and the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church on Friday, July 25, and Saturday, July 26, with audience numbers across both venues totalling just more than 400.

More than 270 different pieces of music were performed, which were adjudicated by Melissa Langton and Caroline Almote.

Esther Fry won the Alex Rathgeber Championship event after she completed a 12-minute program featuring three contrasting vocal songs of advanced standard.

In Piano, the Ann Adler Memorial event was won by William Meyer, who presented two contrasting piano pieces of advanced standard.

One of the major supporters of the event is the RM Showcase, who sponsor an award for the Most Promising Student in both Vocal and Piano.

The monetary prize was presented to Abbey O'Connor for vocals and Chloe Anstis for Piano.

Sullivan and Milo are both taught by Ms Janelle Phillips at WSC.
