The Warriors won the toss and batted, and despite losing opener Glen Treverton for a Diamond Duck, run out by Charlie and Tim Hopper, Jordan Gurry and Tim Braendler batted well to lead the Warriors to 1/25.

Jordan Gurry fell for 14, caught by Tim Hopper off the bowling of Chase Kannar, but Tim Braendler and Wallace Wheaton combined for a 29-run partnership.

Braendler was then bowled by Terry Arnel for 20, and they lost three wickets in ten overs, including Wheaton, who scored 21, to fall to 6/77.

Shane Kessler and Greg Trenery then put on a 34-run partnership with Trenery hitting 21 runs off 18 balls before he was bowled by Matt Arnel for 21.

Kessler fell shortly after for 16, and the Warriors were 8/111.

Patrick Rogers then hit a quickfire 20 runs off 14 balls, with two fours and one six to help guide the Warriors to a defendable total of 134 where they were bowled out after 29.3 overs.

Tim Hopper was the pick of the bowlers with 3/11 (2.3) while Jazz Hopper also bowled brilliantly, taking 2/20 (6).

Homers innings got off to a terrible start losing Finn Arnel for a duck and Terry Arnel for three. Xavier Bone was involved in both dismissals. He caught Finn Arnel off Tim Braendler's bowling and then took the prized wicket of Terry Arnel for three, caught by Ashley Dickinson.

Chase Kannar and Matt Arnel batted well at the top of the order, scoring 10 and 19 runs respectively before falling leg before off the bowling of Shane Kessler and Xavier Bone, respectively.

Kessler then had Tim Hopper caught by Xavier Bone for three, and when Glen Treverton trapped Darren McCann leg before, and had Charlie Hopper caught by Wallace Wheaton for a duck, Homers fell to 7/40.

Henry Walsgott and Hugh Miller batted well at the bottom of the order, scoring 13 and an unbeaten five, respectively, but the Warriors bowling was too good, bowling Homers out for 68 in the 28th over.

Treverton was named man of the match, finishing with figures of 4/5 (7), which featured four maidens, while Xavier BOne 2/4 (3), and Shane Kessler 2/17 (4) were the other multiple wicket-takers.
