The Warriors set the Horsham Tigers a target of 278, and Angus Adams was the star again for the Tigers.

He hit 63 (172) and put on solid partnerships with Aaron Leith 25, Martyn Knight 41 and David Puls 40, but they fell short by 48 runs and were bowled out for 230 in the 74th over.

Xavier Bone was the star with the ball for the Warriors, claiming a five-wicket haul, finishing with figures of 5/81 (21.5) with five maidens. The other wicket-takers were Nathan Alexander, 3/42, and Jeremy Weeks, 2/23.

Lubeck Murtoa has had an outstanding result, denying the Bullants by 19 runs at the Murtoa Recreation Reserve.

The Bullants started the day chasing 176 for victory. Despite losing Troy Dumesny for three, caught by Blake Turner off Nic Ballagh's bowling, they were cruising along at 2/125 and looked set to take the points.

Mudlarks bowlers Cameron Newell and Blake Turner put on a brilliant bowling partnership, claiming the next three wickets between them, and the Bullants were reeling at 6/129.

The two bowled brilliantly and took the last four wickets of the match to bowl out the Bullants for 156 in the 60th over.

Turner and Newell finished with 4/34 (16) and 4/25 (12.2).

At Cameron Oval, the Homers defeated Laharum by 75 runs. Laharum started the day chasing an imposing total of 246 and got off to a steady start through Brodie Foster and Dayan Wilfred, who put on a 43-run opening stand.

Both openers fell quickly, with Laharum falling to 2/52, but Max Bunworth and Josh Mahoney steadied the ship until Bunworth was bowled by Chaminda Gamage for eight, with the score 3/90.

Jackson Hoffmann and Ben Peucker tried hard to stay with Mahoney but fell quickly. When Mahoney fell for 42, the Demons were 6/124.

Despite Harrison Hoffmann, 24, and Spencer Weir, 20, fighting hard, the Homers bowlers were too strong, bowling the young Demons out for 171 in the 48th over.

Gibson Perry was the pick of the Homers bowlers with figures of 4/27 (12.3).

BrimKSH had little issue chasing the target of 111 against the Colts in the other match at Dudley Cornell Park. After starting the day at 2/56, they finished at 6/134, with Jeremy Preston unbeaten on 76.

Joey Nagorcka 3/33 (13) and Logan Millar 2/19 (12) were the wicket-takers for the Colts.
