Winter bowls action
Warracknabeal had their challenge match which was the first round against Stawell.
Michelle Powell, Graham Walder and Simon Cousins.
The weather was cool but the bowlers took it in their stride to see who could be the highest rink which turned out to be Warracknabeal’s Simon Cousins, Michelle Powell and skipper Graham Walder.
The best highest rink for Stawell was Kathy, Mark and skipper Peter.
Afternoon tea was much appreciated by everyone before they found out who won the day which was Warracknabeal 145- Stawell 128 well done to all who played in it.
The return match is July 19.
